Nancy V. Apartments are located in the center of Tallinn, Kassisaba area and offer a good affordable accomodation for private traveller or family lodging in owners house. These are owners apartments and therefore offered without mediators or dealers. You can stay only for couple of days for short rental period or for longer.The house with apartments lies near the district of British and Danish Embassies (4 minutes) and just 10 minutes walk from the Parliament Building in Old Town. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the modern shopping center to buy groceries or other necessary products. Nearest fitness and spa facilities 4 minutes to walk. Neighbourhood is very quiet, despite the fact that the location is central. So if You like to have a good night sleep after a city-break, this is the place for You.
The house was built in 1905 and renovated in 2003, partly 2010. It has only 5 apartments of which two are rental apartments and the others are occupied by owner and her family. Behind the house there is a beautiful garden (furnished in summer) and in front of the house there is private fenced parking area.
Apartments are equipped with all modern comforts including free wireless internet connection (WIFI zone, You must bring Your own laptop or other device). In case You bring a car, You can use the private parking area without any additional fees, exept the safety deposit for using the remote control.
